Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED.

The following items are prohibited:

• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, spikes of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm
• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted
• No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
• No outside food or drinks
• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers
• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment – (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs) without a photo pass
• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind
• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm, including spikes of any kind
• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

**Please note that the list of prohibited items is subject to change. The venue reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to these protocols to ensure the safety of the tour, artist, and guests.

Our box office is located on 4th Avenue and is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 12-4pm, and 2 hours prior to door time on show days. Please note: Our box office is cashless. 

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void and therefore not valid for entry. We recommend purchasing tickets directly via our box office, Ticketmaster or Live Nation only, and cannot guarantee or validate the authenticity of any third-party tickets.

The Van Buren features a mezzanine (balcony) level. Most mezzanine seats are available for purchase on the event ticketing page. If mezzanine tickets are not available for purchase for the show you're interested in, contact our Premium Seating Manager at VanBurenPremiumSeating@LiveNation.com or 480-907-6607, or see if your show is available here.

Night of show upgrades are available on a show-by-show basis, stop by the indoor podium near the stairs to check availability for your show.

Doors generally open one hour before the show's scheduled start time. You can check your ticket for the specific time for your show.

Will call tickets are released on the day of show. Please see box office hours listed above. A government issued photo ID (of the original purchaser) is required to release will call tickets. If the doors are open, so is will call. 

If you have a meet and greet check-in time, you can also pick them up then. Even if you’re on the artist’s guestlist, you’ll need to wait until door time.

It all depends on the show. You can see the minimum age for each event on our online calendar or Facebook Event page. If no age is specified, the event is All Ages.

• 21+ Event: Club nights: Ages 20 and under not admitted.
  Non-club nights: Ages 13-20 must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian. Ages 12 and under are not admitted.
• 18+ Event: Club nights: Ages 17 and under not admitted.
  Non-club nights: Ages 13-17 must be accompanied by parent/legal guardian. Ages 12 and under not admitted.
• 16+ Event*: Ages 5-15 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Children 4 and under not admitted.
• 13+ Event*: Ages 5-12 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Children 4 and under not admitted.
• All Ages Event*: Ages 5-12 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Children 4 and under not admitted.

*PLEASE NOTE: Children ages 5-12 are required to bring and wear their own protective ear muffs.

For any age-restricted shows, a physical valid government ID must be presented for entry. Digital and paper IDs WILL NOT be accepted. 

For international IDs, we will accept government issued passports. Mexican consular ID cards will also be accepted. We also accept any US issued passport card or permanent resident card.

There is no on-site parking at The Van Buren, however we have partnered with ParkWhiz to offer easy and reliable options in the area. Click HERE to book parking. Additionally, there is limited metered street parking and nearby lots that offer paid parking. Paid parking fills up quickly, so we recommend using Light Rail, Rideshare, or other transportation when possible.

Refunds are automatically issued when an event cancels. Refunds will be provided via the original point of purchase.

Support acts are always subject to change, there are no refunds when support acts cancel or change.

No, you can’t get a refund, but you can sell your tickets to another fan via your Live Nation account.

Nope. We don’t do in-and-outs, so make sure not to leave unless you’re definitely done enjoying the show!

This is a non-smoking facility. The only place you may smoke is outside on the patio.
